UPG 2K Epoxy Moisture-Proof Floor Sealer is a premium-quality, heavy-duty, 2-package epoxy sealer, specially formulated to protect and prime damp and wet floors made of concrete and masonry. Serving as a vital base layer for UPG 2K Epoxy Floor Top Coats (Normal and Special) and similar finishes, it bonds seamlessly with the substrate, creating a strong, durable foundation for the entire coating system. This industrial-grade sealer offers superior resistance to water and moisture, strong penetration, outstanding adhesion, and enhanced flexibility. It is ideally suited for damp and wet floors in building basements, food & beverage processing plants, dairy plants, meat and seafood processing plants, breweries, water treatment plants, cold storage rooms, freezers, refrigerated warehouses, wet material storage facilities, restaurants, and supermarket wet market sections, among others.

  • It is flammable. Keep away from sources of ignition. No smoking.
  • No welding. Protect from extremes of temperature. Store in a good ventilated room at room temperature.
  • It needs enough ventilation during application and drying.
  • In case of insufficient ventilation, wear suitable respiratory equipment. Suitable mask should be worn when sanding.
  • When applying paint, it is advisable to wear eye protection, suitable protective clothing and gloves. In case of contact with eyes, rinse immediately with plenty of water and seek medical advice. Remove splashes from skin by using soap and water or a recognized skin cleaner. It may be harmful if swallowed.
  • Keep container tightly closed and keep out of reach of children.
  • Care must be taken when transporting paint. Keep container in a secure upright position. In the event of accident, contain and collect spillage by using sand or earth.
  • Do not empty into drains or watercourses.
  • Dispose of any paint waste in accordance with the appropriate environmental quality regulations.
